Celebrate the Lunar New Year Cantonese style by enjoying a traditional shared dish - Poon Choi, with family. The dish is served in a large pot with layers of ingredients, each symbolises good fortune, health and prosperity.

Delivered frozen in the treasure pot, simply thaw and reheat before serving.

Our exclusive Treasure Pot has 18 layers of ingredients:
Fresh abalone, fish maw, scallops, prawns, chicken, roasted duck, marinated pork belly, braised pork knuckles, duck feet, dried mushrooms, bean curd, tofu, radish, fried taro, lotus root slices, broccoli, fish ball and seasonal vegetables.

How to serve:
Served hot in the original stainless steel pot.

Thaw the treasure pot. Add broth (and boiling water to your taste), reheat thoroughly over stovetop and enjoy with family.
