COOKING DIRECTIONS:
After thawing the pork, remove it from the cling film. Preheat an air fryer or oven to 180ºC and cook for 15-20 minutes (adjusting the time based on the size). You may choose to drizzle honey over it as well.
Note: Allow the cooked bbq pork to rest for approximately 3-4 minutes before slicing to ensure the gravy is retained.
