TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Qualifying Purchase
1.1 To qualify for this promotion, customers must spend $250 or more (AUD) in a single transaction ("Qualifying Transaction").
1.2 The Qualifying Transaction must have an eligible delivery date between 3 September 2026 and 5 September 2026 (inclusive).
1.3 Multiple separate transactions cannot be combined to meet the $250 minimum spend requirement.
2. The Promotional Gift
2.1 Customers who meet the Qualifying Purchase requirement will receive one (1) complimentary 50mL bottle of Yamazaki 12 Years Single Malt Japanese Whisky ("Promotional Gift"), subject to availability.
2.2 The Promotional Gift is offered while stocks last. Meeting the $250 minimum spend does not guarantee receipt of the Promotional Gift if promotional stock has been exhausted.
2.3 The Promotional Gift is not available as a cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, credit, another product, or a discount.
2.4 This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, unless expressly stated otherwise by Oceania Seafoods Select.
3. Age Restrictions & Legal Compliance
3.1 The Promotional Gift is available only to customers aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Customers must comply with all applicable Australian alcohol laws and age-verification requirements.
3.3 Appropriate identification may be requested upon delivery. Where the recipient cannot satisfy applicable age-verification requirements, the alcohol component of the promotion will not be supplied.
3.4 Oceania Seafoods Select is committed to the responsible service and supply of alcohol. This promotion is not intended to encourage excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption. Customers are encouraged to drink responsibly and in accordance with the Australian Guidelines to Reduce Health Risks from Drinking Alcohol.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery is subject to Oceania Seafoods select's normal delivery areas, availability, and delivery terms.
4.2 Order pick-up is not available.
4.3 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging and presentation may vary from the images shown.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
5.1 Cancellations or changes to an order will not be accepted if requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
5.2 Order cancellations or partial cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
5.3 Where an eligible order is cancelled, refunded, or otherwise no longer meets the promotion requirements, Oceania Seafoods Select reserves the right to withdraw the Promotional Gift.
6. General
6.1 The Promotional Gift is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6.2 Oceania Seafoods Select reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary, including where promotional stock is exhausted or where circumstances outside its control affect the promotion.
6.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on customers under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
