Christmas orders are now open to ALL our existing delivering suburbs* on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of December. Delivery spots are limited so order in advance to avoid disappointment!
HOW TO PRE-ORDER
• Add your items to your cart.
• Select your delivery date base on your delivery postcode.
• If you cannot choose 22/23/24 DEC for your delivery date, please leave your preferred date in the Notes. We’ll update it and send you a confirmation.
Delivery Conditions
• All Christmas deliveries will be completed as contactless drop-off. If no one is home, your order will be left at the front door.
OSSELECT is not responsible for product quality after delivery has been completed.
• All seafood products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery to maintain freshness and food safety.

• What time will my Christmas delivery arrive?
Christmas deliveries are scheduled between 10:00am and 6:00pm.
Due to high demand, we are unable to provide exact delivery times.
Terms and Conditions
• Christmas orders are open for delivery to existing delivery areas only. Please refer to our areas of delivery before placing an order.
• Pick up is not available.
• We do not accept cancellation or changes of order if less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Any order cancellations or partial cancellation may be charged a cancellation fee.
• Early bird offer is not refundable or redeemable for cash.
• OSSELECT reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
